Jus/Law
I received my law degree (Mag.iur) from the University of Vienna on July 9, 2008 and my Ph.D. (Dr.iur) on May 11, 2011.
In 2007 I spent a semester abroad at the Santa Clara University
where I took U.S. Copyright Law, U.S. Patent Law und U.S. Cyberspace Law.
For obvious reasons I am specializing in the area of Information Technology Law with a special focus on
Intellectual Property Law, Surveillance & Data Privacy, and Computer Crime Law.
