Installation of com.lukasfeiler.httpd
=====================================

Extract the archive to some directory and run
$INSTALL_DIR/bin/com.lukasfeiler.httpd.sh   (for Unix/Linux)
$INSTALL_DIR/bin/com.lukasfeiler.httpd.bat  (for Windows)

Edit the configuration file $INSTALL_DIR/conf/httpd.conf as you need.
For the documentation open $INSTALL_DIR/docs/index.html in your browser.
